OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has rejected appeals of a man convicted and sentenced to life in prison for killing a man in Gans.
The court on Tuesday turned down appeals by David Danylchuk — who was convicted of first-degree murder in the July 2011 shooting death of 38-year-old Jack "Vince" Purselley of Gans.
Police say Purselley was shot five times as he sat in a recliner in his home.
Danylchuk is one of four people — including the victim's wife — convicted of helping kill Purselley.
