CLARKSBURG, West Virginia — Two more defendants have pleaded guilty to charges stemming from an investigation of a Bridgeport pain clinic.

Court documents show that 23-year-old Andrea Nicole Shepard of Fairmont pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting use of a phone to distribute buprenorphine. Shane Brantley of Sutton pleaded guilty to conspiracy to use another person's Drug Enforcement Administration registration number.

Shepard and Brantley both entered their pleas Monday in U.S. District Court in Clarksburg. They are among six people charged in the case.

The clinic's doctor, Dr. Edita Milan, is scheduled for trial later this year on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Three other defendants previously pleaded guilty.
