SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont — The Vermont National Guard says F-16 fighter planes are going to be making night flights over the next three weeks from their base at the Burlington International Airport in South Burlington.

Beginning Tuesday through Friday of this week, pilots will begin flying in the late afternoon. All aircraft are expected to be back on the ground by 9 p.m.

The pilots will fly similar night schedules Oct. 21-24 and Oct. 28-31.
