WASHINGTON — A man and his two-year-old son who were shot inside a Washington barber shop have been released from the hospital.
The Washington Post reports (http://wapo.st/20Sg3ls ) that the man, who was struck in both legs, and his son, who suffered a graze wound, had been released after receiving treatment at local hospitals.
District of Columbia police say three masked men entered the barber in a commercial district of Northwest Washington near the Navy Yard on Friday and opened fire.
Police say they are looking for a white sport-utility vehicle with four people inside.
The shooting occurred on 8th Street, Southeast, along the commercial corridor known as Barracks Row, which is known for its dining and shopping.
