FARMINGTON, Utah — A former northern Utah teacher accused of having sex with three male students has pleaded not guilty.
Brianne Altice, who was fired as a Davis High teacher in Davis County last year, entered the pleas on Thursday to several new charges.
According to the latest charges, after the 35-year-old Altice bailed out of jail, she continued to have an unlawful sexual relationship with one of the three students she is charged with raping in 2013.
The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reports she was crying Thursday when she entered the Farmington courtroom.
Altice is charged with a total of 14 felonies, including five counts of first-degree felony rape.
A judge ordered her to jail on a no-bail hold after the latest charges were filed earlier this month.
