EASTON, Pennsylvania — A defense attorney says a woman has agreed to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of a man several weeks after a fire that destroyed a 186-year-old eastern Pennsylvania hotel.

Attorney Christopher Shipman said Monday at a Northampton County hearing that 32-year-old Fallonn Craig of Easton would enter the plea in the Nov. 14 death of 66-year-old John Beck.

Authorities said Beck died of injuries from the Oct. 22 fire at the Mineral Springs Hotel in Forks Township. Police have alleged that Craig set the fire after a fight with her boyfriend.

Prosecutors said there has been no agreement on sentencing on the involuntary manslaughter charge, which will be combined with the 29 other counts Craig faces when the case goes to Northampton County Court.
