OMAHA, Nebraska — A 65-year-old Omaha businessman has been given six months behind bars and must pay restitution for failing to forward taxes he'd withheld from his employees' paychecks.

Federal prosecutors say Randall Thompson must serve three years of supervised release after he leaves custody and pay the Internal Revenue Service more than $95,500.

Prosecutors say Thompson didn't make the federal tax payments for the last quarter of 2007 and the first of 2008 for employees of his company, American Medical Files.
