GLENMOORE, Pennsylvania — One person has been killed and two others have been injured after a driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Wallace Township.

Traffic was backed up for miles after the vehicle flipped over in the turnpike's westbound lanes around 4:10 p.m. Wednesday. The westbound lanes did not fully reopen until shortly after 10 p.m.

WCAU-TV reports (bit.ly/XhCOA9) that two of the vehicle's three passengers were ejected. One of them died and the other two have been injured. Their conditions were not immediately known.
