BILOXI, Mississippi — A Harrison County grand jury will review the murder case against Rodise Jenkins, accused of shooting his girlfriend's son in a dispute over threats allegedly made by Jenkins' ex-wife.
The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1uDOMBp ) the 45-year-old Jenkins is being held at the county jail on a $1 million bond.
He is accused of fatally shooting 26-year-old Anthony Dewayne Wheaton on Oct. 11 at the home Jenkins shared with Wheaton's mother.
Biloxi police reported they went to the home and found Wheaton inside, suffering from gunshot wounds. He died at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
It was unclear whether Jenkins has an attorney.
