CHICAGO — Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Yasiel Puig has been scratched because of an open callous on his left hand.

Alex Guerrero replaced Puig in the fifth slot for Wednesday night's game at the Chicago Cubs, and Andre Ethier moved from left to right field.

Puig is batting .311 with three homers and 10 RBIs. The Cuban slugger has at least one hit in six of his past seven games.
