Tractor trailer driver dies in crash in Lemington, lost control of vehicle on a sharp turn

LEMINGTON, Vermont — Vermont State Police say the driver of a tractor trailer has died in a crash on Route 102 in Lemington.

Police say the freightliner was traveling north on Monday afternoon when the driver lost control as the vehicle entered a sharp corner. It went across the southbound lane and struck a utility pole before coming to rest on the driver's side.

The driver was later pronounced dead at a hospital in Colebrook, New Hampshire.

He was identified as 42-year-old Jason Cambra of Colebrook, but police said he often used Gochie as his last name.
