ANDOVER, Massachusetts — Investigators say foul play is not suspected in the death of an elderly man whose body was found in a small pond in Andover.
Authorities discovered the body of the 81-year-old man after receiving a call shortly before 8 a.m. on Friday.
Police Chief Patrick Keefe says a preliminary investigation suggests the man may have had an underlying health condition.
The man's name was not immediately released.
The body was taken to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
