HARTFORD, Connecticut — Police say a 22-year-old Hartford man is in critical but stable condition at a hospital after being shot.

The man has two gunshot wounds to the hip and arm after the shooting at about 3 a.m. Saturday.

Police said the shooting may have followed an argument at the Ranch House restaurant nearby on Main Street.
