WILMINGTON, Delaware — Delaware State Police have arrested a man they say robbed a bank in Wilmington.
Troopers arrested 46-year-old William Winchester of Wilmington and charged him with robbery.
Police say on Monday, Winchester gave a note to a teller at WSFS bank on Foulk Road demanding money. Officers say the teller gave Winchester cash and he ran away.
