LEXINGTON, Nebraska — A 22-year-old man has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in the fatal stabbing of another Lexington resident.
Lexington radio station KRVN says (http://bit.ly/1nDF4J3 ) Navor Millan was convicted Monday of manslaughter and a weapons charge. He'd been charged with second-degree murder for the Dec. 28 slaying of 21-year-old Douglas Matzar.
Police say the incident started when Millan got into a disagreement with some other young men in a parking lot. They all went to a Lexington residence, where the argument turned physical. Police say Millan stabbed Matzar in the face and chest.
