Gas prices rise nearly 3 cents in New Hampshire over past week

CONCORD, New Hampshire — Gas prices in New Hampshire have gone up nearly 3 cents per gallon in the past week, to an average of $2.73.

Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in the state, says that's 7 cents less than the national average, which fell a little over a penny to $2.80 a gallon.

Gas prices in New Hampshire are 90.7 cents per gallon lower than they were a year ago and are 10.5 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

The national average increased 5.4 cents per gallon in the last month and stands 88.9 cents a gallon less compared to a year ago.
