LA PINE, Oregon — Oregon State Police say a man suspected of shooting into a home in northern Klamath County has been arrested after a standoff in the Deschutes County town of La Pine.

The shooting at the home, just south of La Pine, was reported about 2 a.m. Sunday. No one was injured.

Police said a man at that address had previously been threatened by 31-year-old Gary T. Davis, and they tracked Davis down at his girlfriend's home in La Pine.

Authorities say the couple barricaded themselves in the home at about 7 a.m., and Davis was taken into custody about three hours later.

Davis was taken into custody without further incident on a probation violation with additional charges pending.
