WINCHESTER, Virginia — A Frederick County man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for the stray bullet death of a Stephens City man.

The Winchester Star (http://bit.ly/1KeFqp6 ) reports that 48-year-old Eddie Alvin Debraux Sr. pleaded guilty this week in Circuit Court to charges related to the shooting death of James "Eddie" Trenary.

The 64-year-old victim was found shot to death in his bed last August after he was hit in the abdomen by a stray bullet.

According to police, Debraux fired the deadly shot after he had a physical fight with a neighbor. He also fired other shots that hit cars and two townhouses. One was Trenary's.
