Fire officials in Marion County say a woman has died after being pulled from a burning home


DUNNELLON, Florida — A woman has died after being pulled from a house fire in north Florida.

Marion County Fire Rescue spokesman James Lucas says firefighters found fire coming through the roof when they arrived on Monday afternoon.

The Ocala Star-Banner (http://bit.ly/1RlWTyi ) reports the woman was pulled from the home and taken to a hospital, where she later died.

An investigation is underway.

The woman's name hasn't been released.
