TORRINGTON, Wyoming — The Wyoming Department of Corrections says an inmate at the medium-security prison in Torrington has died after a lengthy illness.
Department officials said Thursday an autopsy has been ordered in compliance with department policy.
Sixty-seven-year-old Jose Saldana Flores was serving life in prison on a charge of first-degree murder. He was sentenced in 1978 in Carbon County.
