ATLANTA — Police say a couple was abducted from a DeKalb County home and later found shot in Atlanta.
Authorities said the 23-year-old man died, while the 21-year-old woman was critically injured and taken to Grady Hospital. The names of the victims were not immediately released.
DeKalb Police Capt. Stephen Fore said the man and women were returning home Saturday around 12:30 a.m., possibly after getting something to eat.
Witnesses told police that the pair was abducted at gunpoint, handcuffed and put in a van. They were found shot in northwest Atlanta hours later.
