NORFOLK, Virginia — A Suffolk woman has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for producing child pornography.

Twenty-three-year-old Sierra Danyelle Halsey was sentenced Monday in federal court in Norfolk.

Prosecutors say Halsey produced child pornography on several occasions with a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old for a man she met at sex parties. She also pleaded guilty in May to an obstruction of justice charge for deleting electronic evidence at the behest of co-conspirator Robert Harold Scott Jr., who was arrested last fall.

Scott, of Virginia Beach, faces sentencing in November for his conviction on child pornography and destruction of records charges.
