LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Ty Storey's 4-yard touchdown pass to Taylor King with 17 seconds left gave Charleston a 33-26 victory over Smackover in the Arkansas Class 3A championship game Friday.

The victory gave the Tigers their fifth state title in school history and third in four years.

Storey, an Arkansas signee, accounted for all but 17 yards of Charleston's offense and was named the game's most valuable player.

He completed 24 of 38 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 153 yards and two touchdowns on 35 carries.

King finished with 101 yards and three touchdowns on 13 receptions for the Charleston (14-0).

Jordan Jones, a 2016 Arkansas commit, caught four passes for 137 yards for the Buckaroos (13-2), while Logan Clark had 235 yards and three touchdowns passing.
