North Dakota Wheat Commission, US Durum Growers Association holding annual forum in Minot

MINOT, North Dakota — The North Dakota Wheat Commission and the U.S. Durum Growers Association are holding an annual forum in Minot.

The Crop Outlook and International Durum Forum on Monday and Tuesday will bring together farmers and industry experts to talk about the latest trends impacting wheat and durum.

The event aims to help producers make decisions on marketing this year's wheat crops and planting next year's. North Dakota leads the nation in the production of both types of wheat.

The keynote speaker this year is Texas A&M professor and extension economist Joe Outlaw.
