ANN ARBOR, Michigan — A fourth teen from Saline faces sentencing later this month after entering a plea in connection with the 2014 death of a Michigan State University student.

The Lansing State Journal reports (http://on.lsj.com/1OqsKZs ) 18-year-old Christopher Foley pleaded no contest last week to conspiracy to commit armed robbery. A no contest plea isn't an admission of guilt but is treated as such for sentencing, which is scheduled for Jan. 28.

Authorities say he helped plan the robbery that led to the killing of 19-year-old Dustyn Frolka of Owosso.

Three other young people have been sentenced, including Brendan Heim.

Frolka was killed after Heim beat him with brass knuckles in an SUV. Frolka jumped or was pushed out as the vehicle drove along a highway, according to authorities. He died at a hospital.
