CLINTON, Mississippi — The city of Clinton has become the fourth town in Mississippi to offer residents C Spire's high-speed internet service.

Three other Mississippi cities, Quitman, Ridgeland and Starkville, already have the service.

The service was announced Friday at a news conference in Clinton.

C Spire is making available its ultra-high speed 1 Gbps (Gigabit per second) Fiber to the Home technology network and related services in several Clinton neighborhoods this month.

The offerings will include high definition television service and home phone service.
