ATHENS, Tennessee — Authorities say one man was killed and two others were injured in a triple shooting in Athens.

Multiple media outlets report that officials from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation say 40-year-old Rendell Correy Jones died after the shooting on Saturday.

Officials say 37-year-old Matthew Moore and 47-year-old Tim White were both hospitalized. Their conditions are unknown.

Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are working alongside the Athens Police Department and investigators from the District Attorney General's office to determine what led up to the shooting and to figure out who is responsible.
