PHOENIX — A man who's a registered sex offender has been arrested for allegedly molesting two young girls at a Phoenix park.
Phoenix police said Friday that 43-year-old Charles Styles is being held on suspicion of four counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
Officers went to Falcon Park around 4:30 p.m. Thursday after getting a report about a possible molestation.
Police say a 7-year-old girl and a 6-year-old girl reportedly went into a park bathroom and a man inside inappropriately touched them.
One girl ran out to tell an adult family member, who confronted the man but he fled before police arrived.
The family member wrote down the car's license number and the vehicle was tracked to the Gila River Indian Community where Styles was arrested. He isn't a tribal member.
