HUDSON, New Hampshire — New Hampshire police say that were able to make quick work of tracking and capturing a man suspected of robbing a local bank at knifepoint.

Authorities say they were called to St. Mary's Bank in Hudson Saturday just before noon, on a report of a man threatening employees with a knife. Police say he fled on foot with cash from the bank.

Officers from several departments and a Hudson officer and his K9 tracked the suspect along Lowell Road behind the businesses.

Police say it didn't take them long before locating 46-year-old Daniel Quinn of Nashua, who faces robbery and attempted kidnapping charges.

Quinn is in custody. It was not immediately known if he has a lawyer.
