TULSA, Oklahoma — Tulsa police say a man who was shot outside a Tulsa bar has died and that a suspect who was arrested for the shooting will be charged with murder.

Sgt. Dave Walker says 27-year-old Nathan Brooker died Sunday after being shot several times during an argument outside Mama T's Big Easy on Saturday.

Walker says a suspect in the shooting was arrested for shooting with intent to kill and the charge will be upgraded to murder.

Walker says Brooker was fighting with another man in the parking lot when the suspect and several others separated the two. Walker says Brooker then argued with the suspect before being shot shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday.
