SAVANNAH, Georgia — Authorities say a man and a woman have died in a three-vehicle wreck in Savannah.
The Savannah-Chatham police spokeswoman Eunicia Baker says 29-year-old Rashan Floyd of Savannah and 33-year-old Shannon Lovelace of Beaufort, South Carolina, died in the accident Saturday afternoon. Two passengers riding with Lovelace were injured.
Baker says Floyd was driving at a high speed rate when he lost control of his gray Ford Mustang. His vehicle crossed the median and collided with a blue Chevrolet Cruze driven by Lovelace.
Baker says the impact caused the Mustang to collide with a vehicle driven by Lakerra Wesley. Baker says Floyd was ejected from the vehicle.
Lovelace's passengers 29-year-old Christina Mullen and 30-year-old Linsay Trezevant are in serious condition at Memorial University Medical Center.
