BURLINGTON, Vermont — Champlain College is going residential.
More than three residential structures are part of a grassy quad on campus.
The Burlington Free Press reports (http://bfpne.ws/1rkHTp5) the residence halls and related infrastructure cost about $30 million. Geothermal wells will provide heating and cooling to the buildings.
About 460 students will be occupying the buildings. Champlain's undergraduate enrollment is about 2,000. The college has off-campus housing and has plans for more.
