HARTFORD, Connecticut — Metro-North Railroad says temporary repairs have been made to power problems on the New Haven line and commuters should expect residual delays of up to 20 minutes.
Officials said earlier Tuesday morning that delays of as much as 30 minutes were possible between Stamford and Grand Central Terminal due to power reductions on the west end of the New Haven line.
WFSB-TV reports that for riders on the Danbury line, the 6:45 a.m. train is being replaced by bus service. Officials said all stops will be made to South Norwalk.
Commuters are advised to account for delays and listen for details at their station.
