WARWICK, Rhode Island — Warwick police say a Rhode Island man has been taken into custody in Ohio and is set to be returned to Rhode Island to be arraigned on charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor.

Police say they received information through Rhode Island's Most Wanted that Terrence Dudley left Rhode Island and was found in Fostoria, Ohio.

The 25-year-old Dudley was taken into custody and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Kent County District Court in Rhode Island.

It was not known Tuesday morning if he's represented by a lawyer.

Police say they began a sex trafficking investigation May 17 after speaking with the mother of a missing girl. She was found at a Warwick motel.

Warrants for conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor were issued in June.
