Teleperformance adding nearly 300 jobs to Fairmont call center

FAIRMONT, West Virginia — A northern West Virginia call center says it is adding nearly 300 workers after signing a contract with a company in the health care industry.

Teleperformance did not identify the health care client in a news release.

Teleperformance says it conducting a weeklong recruiting effort starting Monday at its Fairmont facility to fill the customer service positions. It also is taking applications online.

Teleperformance is a global contact center provider with 270 facilities in 67 countries.
