BISMARCK, North Dakota — State wildlife officials are urging North Dakota deer and geese hunters to help the Sportsmen Against Hunger program this fall.

The charitable program raises money for the processing of donated deer and geese, and coordinates the distribution of ground venison and goose meat to food pantries across North Dakota. It's administered by Community Action Partnership, which serves low-income families.

A list of participating processors and other information can be found at http://www.capnd.org/ .
