ASPEN, Colorado — Police and court records have been sealed for a second person who was once charged in the death of an Aspen woman.

The Aspen Times reports (http://tinyurl.com/meh2k5m ) a judge on Friday sealed the records for Nancy Styler five months after prosecutors dropped murder charges they had filed against her.

Styler, her husband, William, and Katherine Carpenter had been charged with murder in the February bludgeoning death of Nancy Pfister.

William Styler pleaded guilty in June to second-degree murder and said he acted alone. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

The charges against Carpenter were also dropped and a judge sealed her records in August.

Carpenter had been Pfister's personal assistant. The Stylers had rented Pfister's home while she was overseas.
