CINCINNATI — At least 30 residents have been displaced after a fire destroyed part of a southwest Ohio apartment complex.

Fire officials say no residents or firefighters were hurt in the fire that broke out in Colerain Township Wednesday afternoon.

Officials say winter weather hindered crews' efforts as strong winds fanned the flames and cold temperatures limited the water supply.

Additional firefighters were called to relieve crews from the cold temperatures. About 90 firefighters worked to contain the flames throughout the afternoon.

At least four units were destroyed and others were damaged by smoke. The Red Cross provided hotel rooms for the displaced residents.
