DETROIT — The Detroit Children's Choir is scheduled to perform the national anthem at Comerica Park.

The group is to sing before Sunday's Detroit Tigers game against the Tampa Bay Rays.

The Detroit Children's Choir isn't stopping there.

It's also set to be the opening act for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra on Friday and Saturday at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores.

The children's choir was founded in 2006 and includes vocalists from Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties.
