MANITOWOC, Wisconsin — A judge has convicted a Wisconsin man of two felony charges in a road rage crash that killed a 19-year-old man in Manitowoc County.

Shawn Lischka of Manitowoc pleaded no contest this week to a hit-and-run resulting in death and hit-and-run causing an injury. The 23-year-old had previously pleaded not guilty but changed his plea in a deal with prosecutors.

Three felony charges were dismissed, including one count of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.

Police say Lischka sideswiped Eric Neuman's truck in November 2013, causing him to hit a guardrail and crash. Neuman was thrown from the truck and died of neck and chest injuries. Three others in his truck survived.

Lischka's sentencing is scheduled for November.
