MONTPELIER, Vermont — Bail has been posted for a Vermont man charged with killing a 2-year-old boy, a case in which a judge said the evidence against him is "paper thin."
Joshua Blow was accused of second-degree murder following Aiden Haskins' death on July 22. He had been initially held without bail. Bail was then set at $25,000 by Judge Michael Kupersmith.
The Burlington Free Press reports (http://bfpne.ws/1ys8a83) Blow was no longer listed as an inmate at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans on Wednesday.
Attorneys for Blow, who has pleaded not guilty, have filed a motion to dismiss the case, which the prosecution opposes.
