BECKLEY, West Virginia — More than 100 paintings, sculptures and other works by West Virginia artists will be featured in an exhibition at Tamarack.
The biennial West Virginia Juried Exhibition opened Sunday at Tamarack in Beckley. It will remain on display through Feb. 21, 2016.
The West Virginia Division of Culture and History says the exhibit features 119 works by 95 artists.
Jurors for the exhibit were John A. Hancock, a full-time professional studio artist in Waynesboro, Virginia, and Lenore Thomas, associate professor of studio arts at the University of Pittsburgh's Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences.
