ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico — A 24-year-old Albuquerque man could face up to six months in prison after pleading guilty to a drug trafficking charge stemming from a multi-agency investigation.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Iman Al-Washah pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of trafficking in a synthetic designer drug.
Under his plea agreement, Al-Washah also must forfeit three cars. His sentencing date isn't yet scheduled.
A second man arrested in the case has pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing, while a third man awaits trial.
