Jeanette Janusiak, of Reedsburg, was found guilty last month in the death of 4-month Payten Rain Shearer. The Baraboo News Republic ( ) says the woman's attorney has filed paperwork in Sauk County Circuit Court of her intent to appeal the first-degree intentional homicide conviction.
