Gas prices drop more than a nickel in New Hampshire over last week

CONCORD, New Hampshire — Gas prices in New Hampshire have fallen 5.1 cents per gallon in the past week, to an average of $2.60.

Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in the state, says that's 5 cents less than the national average, which fell 5.5 cents to $2.65.

Gas prices in New Hampshire are 96.6 cents lower per gallon than a year ago and 12.4 cents lower per gallon than a month ago.

The national average is 84.5 cents less per gallon than a year ago and fell 12.4 cents per gallon in the past month.
