LAS VEGAS — A 16-year-old charged with murder in the shooting death of his 18-year-old brother has been found incompetent for trial.

A judge ruled Friday that Turner Craig Bronson will be sent to the Lake's Crossing mental health facility in Sparks.

Bronson is accused of the May 22 slaying of Clayton Wesley Bronson at their home in southwest Las Vegas.

Police say their mother, Wendy Bronson, told police she heard a gunshot and found Clayton "Clay" Bronson wounded in the stomach.

She told police she then saw Turner Bronson shoot the 18-year-old in the head.
