WILMINGTON, Delaware — Delaware State Police say the driver of a motorcycle has been hospitalized after a serious crash in Glasgow.

The Delaware State Police says the crash involving the motorcycle and a Lincoln Navigator happened Sunday morning around 9 a.m. on South College Avenue at Pulaski Highway. Delaware State Police say the driver of the Navigator made a sudden lane change into the path of a Harley Davidson motorcycle being driven by 60-year-old Robert McKinley of Newark. McKinley hit the Navigator and was thrown to the ground. Delaware State Police say he was flown to the hospital and is being treated for serious injuries.

The Navigator's driver and his passenger were uninjured. The driver was cited by troopers for making an unsafe lane change and operating a vehicle without a license.
