HILLSBORO, Oregon — The former manager of a Beaverton strip club hired a 13-year-old girl in 2012 to dance nude for customers and have sex with some of them in a back room, prosecutors said after the man took a plea deal.

After the girl's first day at work at Stars Cabaret, the manager had her perform oral sex, the prosecution said. Steven Toth then drove her back to her pimp, with whom he split profits, according to the prosecution.

Toth pleaded guilty Tuesday to prostitution, sex abuse and sodomy charges, The Oregonian ( reported. His sentencing is set for next week.

He and Victor Moreno-Hernandez were to stand trial this week, but Toth decided over the weekend to accept a plea bargain, said Washington County prosecutor Kevin Barton said.

The deal requires Toth to testify against Moreno-Hernandez, identified in court records as the pimp. He was accused of rape and compelling prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty. His lawyer said that the girl had assured Moreno-Hernandez that she was 19.

Court documents say the girl's father reported that she ran away from her Portland home seven times in 2012 and 2013. Police found her in July 2013. She was admitted to an Arizona residential treatment facility where a counselor alerted police after hearing she'd been raped and forced into sex traffic.
