According to court documents, Scott admitted that he hit 43-year-old Rosa Powell in the head with a wrench several times after they got into an argument. Scott also said he stomped on Powell while she was on the ground.
Powell's body was found along the side of a road on March 15, 2014, 10 days after her family reported her missing.
