PHILADELPHIA — Forecasters say Pennsylvania residents should get ready for another winter storm that will bring snow, sleet and freezing rain to much of the commonwealth.

The National Weather Service has posted warnings and watches for many counties with the approach of the storm expected to hit Sunday night into Monday.

Forecasters say 6 to 10 inches of snow could fall in Carbon and Monroe counties along with many of the northernmost counties in the state. They expect 5 to 9 inches in northwestern Pennsylvania.

The Lehigh Valley area is expected to get 3 to 8 inches of snow with up to two-tenths of an inch of ice.

The Philadelphia area is expected to get less than an inch of snow and sleet with what forecasters call "a light glace of ice."
